This book seemed creepier than the first. It also seemed to be a little slow at parts. I had to skim a little. And the ending wasn't even an ending. It was an "oops I lost the last 200 pages of the manuscript. No, wait, let me actually use those 200 pages and add another 50 and call that book # 3." I mean there was no closure. If there is no closure, then the ending isn't really an ending. Wow I'm being really negative. Anyway, I did enjoy it. Though Sophie was starting to get a little TOO sarcastic. We get it. Now stop it. And poor Cal. He'll probably die for Sophie just so she can have Cross.
