Summary: Darryl worked for several years as a nurse aide in a Psychiatric hospital. He got to know a lot about patients and cargivers, and wants to help remove the stigma that surrounds mental illness. Review: Darryl, it was a fine graphic novel, but it didn't really engage me. There was too little given about individual patients to keep me involved and too much given on arbitrary things. The last chapter, on the authors life after the hospital was much more interesting because it was the second moment where he really opened up. The first time, after the suicide of a patient, seemed too raw, like he was hiding it away.
