Eat well, live actively, love yourself and others. She questions our fear of fat and shows studies that the risks of obesity are more risks of a sedentary lifestyle. Active overweight people don't have the same problems.
Loved this series
This is the greatest little book in the world. It is about a little beatnik girl growing up in the Village. Her parents are artists and she digs poetry. Illustrations by Louise Fitzhugh of 'Harriet the Spy' fame.
