An informative and eye-opening read, not just about the "four fish" chosen (salmon, sea bass, cod, and tuna), but fishing and fish-farming in general. More hopeful notes than you might expect, tho I have no desire to eat "vegetarian" fish fed corn and soy, no matter how efficient and sustainable. Fortunate to have access to artisanally-caught wild Alaska salmon but bummed to learn most rivers in southern Alaska are actually stocked!
