I couldn't have been happier with how this all turned out. I loved every minute of it. There were some parts that I would have loved not to have happen, but I understand why they did.
This ended up being different from what I was expecting, which put me off a bit at first. (I thought it was going to be more about cooking all the different recipes, when that really only takes up about a third of the story.) By the end though I rather enjoyed the journey and felt quite inspired.
I read this for March's library book group. I thought it would be creepy, but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. It's about a lady who was kidnapped by a serial murderer when she was a teenager. She is the only one he let live. I love how it addresses her strengths and weaknesses as a result of what happened to her. I liked the ending.
