This book read like an adventure that I did not want to end!
Eclipse made me angry quite a few times, but it also made me happy sometimes. So I don;t know what to say about it, really. It didn't make me wonder about anything, but I did want to read the next book.
Lissianna is a vampire who faints at the sight of blood--and it makes her continued survival a problem. Her mother decides to kidnap famed psychologist Greg, who is skilled at curing phobias, to help Lissi overcome her fear. This was interesting. Lissi and Greg are a great couple, and I really enjoyed the plot. I though there was perhaps a little too much scheming (both nefarious and match-making), but it did help enrich the plot. The novelty of a vampire who faints at the sight of blood is certainly unique and fun to read about. This was written after a lot of the later books, and so they mythology is a bit more polished and didn't detract from the story (unlike Single White Vampire).
