very awesome book, it sure didn't end the way i thought it would!
Am I hurting my credibility by giving too many five-star reviews? Well, I could not possibly allot any fewer for this absolutely astounding piece of literature. Everything about it makes me want to urge you to pick it up and give it a read. Foer's writing style is bold, humorous, refreshing, and inspiring. And while it was the style that really reeled me in, the novel also boasts tremendously interesting, memorable characters and a really beautiful story. I also enjoyed Foer's insightful musings on the meaning of love. A must-read for all of you smart English-major friends of mine.
** spoiler alert ** Really liked this book. Nicholas Sparks tends to have the same feel to a lot of his books, usually has a sad part, and this was no exception. Used some tissue with this book, as well as when I recently saw the movie.
