اگر نظر من را خواسته باشید، درجه‌یک است. کاری هم ندارم که داستانش عامه‌پسند است و ادبیاتِ محض نیست و ربطی به داستان‌های جدی ندارد. دن براون، نابغه است و داستان معرکه‌اش، واقعاً تکان‌دهنده است. نمی‌دانم چند نسخه از این کتاب را به این و آن هدیه کرده‌ام، ولی می‌دانم که اگر قرار باشد به کسی بگویم داستان چه‌طوری می‌تواند جذاب و پرکشش از آب دربیاید، حتماً رمان دن براون را بهش می‌دهم
Really well done, with great twists. Even when you can see them coming the revelations are amazing. Good insight into the difficult relationship between mothers and daughters, and the friendships of women. I think the only reason I didn't give it five stars are there are times when you really wonder how some of the secrets didn't come out earlier, and because of some of the secrets, I honestly wondered about the friendships. Most of the women I know would have been angry a lot longer than half a five hour car ride. But that aside, this was a great book with an interesting story, well written with very effective use of flashbacks. Highly recommended for women, not so much for a male reader.
