** spoiler alert ** Overall, a great continuation of the series. I loved the characters and the story itself. The only problem I had was a few discontinuity problems between this book and the first in the series. The one that really bothered me was in the first book, Lazarus drinking Nexi's blood is a huge problem as he would gain her powers but in this book, three different vampires drink her blood as if it was no big deal and as far as I know none end up with her powers. This confused me as a reader. Overall a fun, great read! I can't wait to read the rest of the series!
Things blow up! This comic is hyper-kenetic, insanely self-referential, and just mad-cap, crazy fun. I think Ellis must have just been thinking "Wheeeee!" the entire time he was writing this.
