Always fun to find an Agatha Christie I haven't yet read! Really enjoyed it, even though I figured out who the murderer was pretty early on.
This fantasy was incredibly fun to read and I loved the literary quotes at the beginning of each chapter.

No. Es una de las historias reales que se incluyen en este libro, ideal para leer al amor de la lumbre, bajo el resplandor de las lucecitas del árbol de Navidad... O en el asiento trasero de un coche de la policía. Es un libro irreverente, sarcástico, divertido hasta la carcajada, irónico y escéptico, que reflexiona desde el humor sobre el espíritu navideño. ----- Relatos que van subiendo la dosis de mordacidad y mala leche a medida que pasas las páginas, con la consiguiente progresión ascendente de las carcajadas. El de las obras de teatro infantiles me ha hecho especial gracia, porque como "tieta" las he vivido en carne propia y me pasa como al autor... supongo que hay que ser padre para poder vivirlas dignamente. :)
Really great book and so many historical references. Well written and was interesting. Loved the part about the madam's make-up materials and procedures--whoever heard of using mouse fur??!!!! Highly recommend it.
Another great book written by Rick Riordan. Some criticize his writing, but you must admit he keeps you turning the pages with his action and you can't help but love the characters. I think you must remember that this are books written for children. I love all the Egyptian lore that is stuffed into these pages. I think you learn a lot when you read his books, whether it be about Egyptian or Greek mythology. The Kane siblings must save the world again in this sequel to the Red Pyramid. This time they must find Ra, the Sun God, and restore him in order to stop the evil plans of Apophis, the God of Chaos. A fun adventure tale that will keep you or your child turning the pages.
