this book will break your heart, make you hate the world and then weep openly (as i did on the subway) at the ability for people to show one another slivers of compassion in the most horrific times.
This was better than the first book, but obviously the first book insprired this one, as the main character in this book is a secondary character in the first. You wouldnt need to read the first to understand the second. I liked it, but I also like to read books that are based in Hawaii! Nice warm weather, a love story, could you go wrong? Maybe, but this I would recommend.
