This book rekindled my love of classical literature and began my love affair with Russian literature.
Always a favorite. I love Kate's shy nature and that both she and Matt think they make fools of themselves everytime they are around each other. A little overdone on Kate's protest that she's not adventuresome enough for him, but still a really good read. Also, good intro to the rest of the family and future characters.
