once -- upstate with several excellent people -- i ate a cookie. after i ate that cookie but before i informed my girlfriend that i could "see through the wall", i decided that several frames of this book were among the most amazing things i had ever seen.
I love this series. Beautiful "other world"; romantic, tragic, and magic. Adults: Look for it in the kid's section, where most great literature is found.
