I really learned a lot from this book. I would recommend it to anyone who works in creative marketing or promotions. It's full of interesting case studies, but it's written well and is easy to read and digest.
I'm thinking of a story, but I can't remember what it's called. I guess I need to re-read every story again! In this story, I don't remember what the crime was, but there was a group of people who thought that the culprit was guilty of some lesser crime that wasn't all that criminal, and when they found out that the man in question was doing some sort of penitential acts, they were surprised and scandalized that the church would be condemning the man to such. Then after the reveal, they would prefer to punish him a lot more harshly than that.
