This was super fun to read. I still like the characters, which can be hard to maintain through a 2nd book. The action is continuous and keeps you pulled in. Some interesting religion stuff. I thought it a little odd when it even quoted straight out of the Bible...but replaced it with their name for the ultimate being, she's not trying to be discrete. But that's fine. The main bothersome thing is that the relationship stuff and the problem stuff are sort of spiraling forward instead of moving directly ahead. The keep coming back to the same problems, except in a different way or time. The main 'conflict' or 'concern' never really changes. But, all in all, a fun read and I'm excited to the 3rd to come out in a couple of months.
So far out of all the Liar's Clun and the Royal Four series, this book did contain the most explicit scenes of sex. A bit disappointing on a few levels, but still an enjoyable read. It just lacked a little content. I am still trying to figure out what the true story was about. The plot just seemed to get lost in this book. Sorry Celeste, but not the best in te series. I hope the next book is back to the original formula.
