Abo Stones Stones itibaren Gajju Matah, Pakistan
I loved this book! I so admire Jane Gardam's ability to say so much with so few words. She can simultaneously evoke landscape, develop characters, and convey what is happening between them under the surface. The characters are compelling, and I loved seeing how this dovetails with the previous novel, "Old Filth." I want to go back and reread some of the overlapping scenes to see if they differ in subtle ways. The ending blew me away.
