This might be a bit too Brit for some, but it's very good urban fantasy. Well written (author does Dr. Who scripts) and a bit of a history lesson for anyone on this side of the Pond. I learned what Punch n' Judy is based on; a story of a murderous rampage that starts with the wife and baby. Strange how time can make a horror story into children's entertainment. This goes on the list of series to follow.
