This book sucked. (I took it from library.) I kept noticing all these typos and grammatical mistakes that were not part of the character style even and those that were were also annoying as heck. The characterization is pretty much non-existent; the heroes are kind of flat, except for Abby Normal, whose perkiness was the only thing I looked forward to reading. It's possible this is the middle of the series, but that still doesn't justify the author's failings. What a junk! I expected better from something that was highlighted in my book club (New Addition to the Club). Oh, well, the description there also didn't interest me much. I simply grabbed the book from the library for the only fact it was in the book club newsletter. And somehow I was drawn to it despite myself; I couldn't believe how terrible its quality was, but I got through it...
