I really enjoyed this book. The main character, a servant girl was really well-written. I enjoy how Hale wrote the book and the plot-line is great. I am glad to have spent the money to buy it.
** spoiler alert ** Summary: "Miss Don't Touch Me" embarks upon a new adventure. She's still being harassed by the girls, but now she has an admirer. She's fallen in love, but she has her reservations. She wishes that he would stop introducing her with what she really does. Plus, he never wants to touch her or kiss her. Plus, now her mother's back in the picture, taking her well-earned money. Review: It wasn't as good as the first. The first one was the "triumph over evil" type. This one was more, "I'm hoping for Pretty Woman". It was overall much less effective. The main character kind of annoyed me, her boyfriend annoyed me more, and the ending, with the surgery, was bizarre. No, I'm not questioning that things like that happened, I'm more questioning how this piece of history made it into the book. It seemed like it was supposed to be a social commentary that didn't have a place.
sinemaya uyarlaması en yakın olan kitap...Taliban, yıkılan buda heykelleri, fakirlik, uyuşturucu ve burka Afganistan bunlardan ibaret değilmiş.
