Not the worst book i have ever read but i certainly would not reccomend it to a friend because it exagerrated a story that could be 50 pages into over 200. If you like to read about times of desperation this book is good for you!
Fodder for the sommelier inside any wine ethusiast! Educational, readable, enjoyable. I draw on the knowledge I gained here each time I shop for wine -- especially reds. Lettie wrote for Food & Wine so food magazine lovers would enjoy this as well.
