Having been a Christian for decades, I'm at the point in my life where I'm sick of the trite and tired of the church (even though I have been a church leader). We Christians have so much to be regretful for, for all the crap we have unleashed on the world in the name of our religion. That's why I like Donald Miller's book so much--he feels the same way. Being a Christian is more being a disciple of Christ, not of the church, and being a part of a movement rather than an institution. If you feel the same way, or are looking for something different about faith, read this book.
