I can't believe I forgot this one came out last week! I flew through this one today as I've been waiting to find out what happens with Reign. Reign the Radiant is a Valkyrie who is trying to outrun her past. Her lover Aidan was killed before he could marry Reign and was also cursed. He continually reincarnates to find Reign and be together once more, but every time he dies a horrible death. Reign is tired of being chased and when she runs into Declan she is surprised to find that Aidan has once again been reincarnated but he hates the Lore people. He captures Reign and brings her to the Order facility where she will be questioned and probably killed. Now Reign has to decide if she wants Declan to remember her, which could kill him, or to stop him from remembering which might kill her. Ahh the turmoil. This was another great book in the series although it was a little annoying at how far back the book started. This series has books that are occuring simultaneously, so sometimes it feels as though details are being reiterated but it's being seen from a different point of view. We've seen this facility before but it was in Carrow's book (in which we saw Reign being dragged by her cell) and now in Reign's book we see Carrow behind the cell not knowing what was about to happen to her. It's an interesting way of doing things, but it can get slightly tiresome when you just want to know what happens next! Of course, this won't stop me from reading the next books!
