ÇOK KOMİK!

Kerouac'ın, nesir yoluyla Charlie Parker'ın caz doğaçlama tarzını taklit ettiği spontan bop prosodi'nin mükemmel bir örneğidir.

Onu sevdim!

Aslında, şu an kendim tekrar okumak istiyorum!

one of the best books I have ever read; the overall theme of the book is about a pregnancy which is probably part of the reason I loved it, but still a fantastic book.

probably would want the ruby programming book by the same author to go along with it.

I thought it has some interesting ideas, but of course, one experiment doesn't prove all.

I love a collection of essays that speak to me on a super personal level, or at least a level that makes me call my mom to share bits of the text because they are too hilarious to keep to myself. "I Was Told There'd Be Cake" is straight up hilarious and spot on regarding family, high school friendships, poop, and plastic pony collections. I loved that Sloane Crosley can start out the collection of essays about her imagined "freak accident death" and her fear of what may be found in her apartment following the funeral and end it with a delightful capstone of what it means to get old in your late 20s. I would venture to say that this is as funny (if not more so) than Chelsea Handler's collections. READ IT!
