Really enjoyed the Sookie Stackhouse series. It is a little goofy at times and just plain cheesy at other times. But the series as a whole is really entertaining. It's a good addition to the vampire craze and I like that the author does not seem to take herself too seriously. I would not recommend reading the entire series back to back. I got burned out around book 6 and stopped reading for a while. But when I finally picked up book 8 I found that I really did enjoy the stories.
