An enjoyable read and illuminating book. It's about the Women's Airforce Service Pilots in WWII, One Drop Rule and Jim Crow laws racism, sexism in the military, and even touches upon other kinds of prejudice like anti-Semitism. The issues around passing as white were deft, and complex. The protagonist felt life-sized, and was easy to root for.
A very interesting and informative book on human evolution.
This was the best of the twilight series!!!! LOVED IT!!!
