a book about addiction in a few of its forms. this book's pretty full on... lifts you up and down. it will fill you with a lovely whimsical feeling of hope and you experience some dark dark moments where there seems to be nothing left. everyone i know who's read it has cried at some point in it. i was surprised to discover my father had read and loved this book too.
I don’t even remember this book. I had to read it for 9th grade English, but I probably just read the first chapter and last chapter. I know it is about this one kid at prep school who breaks this other kid’s leg at prep school like 50 years ago. I bet no more than 5 people in that entire class read the book.
