Very good read about a parapsychologist that takes place in New Orleans.
I remember some of this story being over my head, mainly some of the things the main character is thinking about when walking to or from the cemetery. But, I understood the story and the characters' motives, though still was angry at the characters for making bad choices. I don't remember being scared while reading it, but I do remember learning some about how a woman pleasures her husband, to put it politely, from this book.
