This book was a lot better then I thought it was going to be. When I first saw it I was like, ok cool title and pretty cover(yes sadly I judge books by their covers) so I bought it. Money well spent!! I loved the characters and the fact that Aprilynne Pike displayed faries in a truly different and unique way was amazing!Can't wait to read the next one!
You need a big imagination for this one.
I think this book is quite incredible. I read it once but reading it again illuminates the topic of leadership so much more the second time around. I appreciate how the author draws from some of the best sources out there to culminate the masteries. A must-read for leaders!
Shaykh Hamza Yusuf is my favorite Muslim scholar - may Allah bless him. I owe him much gratitude for the traditional Islamic knowledge that he has provided me with. This book is a translation of an Arab text on the diseases of the spiritual heart and the ways of recognizing them - and then seeking to spiritually purify oneself. The book is great - the tape series are extremely helpful too.
