This book is absolutely incredible. It's around 500 pages long but reads much shorter than that (I finished it in 2 days). It's a captivating story about a slave trying to find a place in life after being abducted from her family when she was 11. I recommend this to everyone. It's so powerful.

This is not historical fiction, but a detailed, historical account of the last weeks of Anne Boleyn's last weeks and the reasons behind her trial and death. Well-researched and well-written as are all of Alison Weir's books.

Another book on the brain and how it works, not just in happiness, but in all ranges of emotion and perception. Now that I have finished this book, I am probably going to read it again and again... He has several experiments the results of which I have found true in my own life. It's a lot of basic psychology that we all know, yet tend to forget about when making decisions. Don't try to predict the future too much. "The grass is always greener" sums it up. I do highly recommend this book, especially to those who feel they are constantly making poor decisions. If you are at one of those pivotal moments in your life, this is a must read before you make a decision that will impact the rest of your life. It will help you logically, rationally think out your options, and remind you to not act on impulse based on emotions.

this is silly, but I will probably finish it. Why is Nora Roberts so popular? OK, I finished it. It was stupid, I won't bother with another one
